Don't get rid of them, right now, this is a really hard time for you because of the situation and looking at her is difficult. Eventually when this whole situation is over, how ever it turns out, you might be prepared to look at them again. For right now, you can keep them up and just turn them around, or put them in a drawer.
You could always try to think positively and when you look at them think of her in the hospital but how she is going to pull through.
You dont want to get rid of the only thing you have of her, those are the kinds of things you want to hold on to forever.

What should I do with the pictures?
My cousin Ashley (13) has this chance of dieing...
Her brain may have been punctured, I donno by what yet, so She could die...
I saw her in the Hospital, and it almost made me cry...
What should I do with her picture? Seeing them makes me remind myself...
of her in the hospital but I don't want to get rid of them because then I have nothin left of her... Which should I do?
