What should I do to get rid of fat around my stomach?

Asked by jemmysaur 8 months ago, 4 answers.

Can anyone tell me which exercises are most effective, and if its like..sit ups for example, how many repetitions would I have to do like a day?

And which groups of food would I need to cut out? Also..if anyone has any useful websites that would help...

a load.

Thanks.

Omg...I don't know how many times I've said it on here. You cannot pin-point fat loss to an area. Around your waist is the last place your body looses fat tissue. Why? Because that's where your vital organs are and your body protects them as much as possible. Do cardio to lose fat. Situps will only tone your stomach. A yoga ball works much better though.
