I like a friend, but she isn't over her ex

I like one friend of mine. she had a relation ship with her ex for about 3 years.
she is not completely over of him.
I likes her a lot. I havnt praposed her. I am confuse waht should I do? please help me on this

don't pursue a relationship beyond friends, then if she's NOT getting over him enough, help her along. She may hate you for it at first, but if she ever catches the drift, she'll be grateful.

if she still have relation with her boyfriend you cant call it ex. the thing is you need to know if her ex still love her. one thing is she definitely love him yet as she is attached with him till now.understand her feeling , try to know what she thinks about you if you know her well ask her about the matter and you have to propose now or later. but assure her that whatever her answer you will be always her friend and move on.
