What should I do if my brother abuses me??? And its not like a playful hit or anything its like abusive and he is 23 years old???

cause the same shyt happened to me and I told my friend and crap happened.

THEy dont do anything.. I have alredy told them. since he uses drugs and is an alcoholic they dont know how to handle it...

and when I call the cops and my brothers comes back.. he will no joke like kill me.

I mean, if my brother abused me I would have beat the crap outta him. no matter what age but, tell someone who could help.

well im 17 && my brother is 23 too. when he lived here a couple months ago, we always fought && he threw me down && slammed me into stuff everytime we got into a fight. my mom normally broke it up but she would never do anything to him. One day we got into it && he started punchin me. I tried to call the cops && he threw my cell into the walla && broke it. I finally called them off the house phone. When they showed up I told them what happened && they asked if I wanted to press charges on him. I didnt but ever since then he hasnt touched me. I'd just call the cops. Seriously because 1 day he might really hurt bad. hope I helped.!!

Talk to a friend you can trust about it.
But it really it's only you that can change this situation, you need to stand up to him.
I know it maybe hard but you have to show him that you wouldn't be treated so appallingly.
There are lots of support sites out there that special in domestic violence.

If you call the police and explain to them what's going on there, I'm sure that they will do something about it. If no one listens to your concerns at home, tell a teacher or other trusted person. Something has to be done! The cops will take care of it.

nope... I get home home in 5 days.. and I have a house I can go to there but my friend there is out of town and its just her mom there. and I think it would be odd if I just showed up

If you feel that your life is in danger there is no time to think if showing up at your friend's house (or anyone else's house) would be odd. Your safety is top priority.

Go online and look up the phone number for child protective services in your state. You can just search for child protective services and then the state you live in and you should quickly be able to find a link with a phone number. There will be a phone number that you can call 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. I would really call the police and explain to them you are afraid he will kill you if they don't do anything. Someone will do something to help you, don't risk being hurt again.
