How can I get in shape with such a hectic life?

The only time I exercise is in gym class. My life is so hectic. What should I do about it?
I'm 15, I weigh 100 lbs. and I eat three meals a day, but I'm so out of shape. What should I do?

in gym class play or work out w/e you do the hardest you can do and dont eat 3 big meals a day eat like 6 small meals a day and try 2 wrk out and if you need 2 go sumwhere if its in walkin distance try 2 walk there instead of drive or w/e

well maybe you shud set aside some extra time to exercise or go 2 the gym.

Advisor-small

get up earlier - I don't know why suggesting that you get up earlier is offensive to you because if I want to get any exercise in I have to be up at 5:30 or 6:00am. It is just a fact of life that as you get older you have to sacrifice one thing for another.

I don't know about you but if you are 15 and wiegh 100 pounds I would guess you have a nice body but if you are really worried about it do fun excersizes in magaziens and make yummy smoothies I always have to make sure I have my fruits and vegies and ride my bike or do something active that is fun Hope it helps!
