Let me bark it down short

I found a pill on the bus
So I put it in my sock beacuse of the pants I had on.
Was going to give it to my teacher.

I picked it up so a little kid wouldnt have taken it

I got busted by a cop
Asked him how he...

knew I had it
And he said dont worry about it

Com to find out it was a perscription drug
And this is my 2nd probashion vilation

My probashion officer told me im looking at 1 -3yrs in jail for this pill

What should I do?

tell the truth, and exactly what happened to the judge

tell them what happened, its a long shot really.
sounds like the cops either were tailing you or something like that.
you will have problems because they found the pill on you and you were clearly putting it somewhere it didnt belong...

heya I find that very stupid where are you from ?? because like 2-3 years 4 a drug that wasnt illegal dats not right id tell the truth exactly what happend if I was you and you should come out of it good .. good luck anyways

In America it is usually a crime to possess a prescribed medication if you are not the person to whom the prescription was written.

Your explanation doesn't sound plausible. You could have given it to the bus driver and let him dispose of it, especially because of your status.

Now, the best you can do is try to plead-out with your PO and the court and hope for a lenient sentence.

Keep in mind, in the future, that you, as a convicted individual, will always have to walk a more careful line than most of us because authorities are always going to think the worst in any compromising situation.

if you're going to go and look for trouble in the first place then you must suffer the consequences!
but what also concerns me more so and what im am completely confused about is why on earth you wanted to give the pill you found on the floor of a damn bus to your teacher!!!???

you need to go and talk to a professional to get some help about your thought processes if you ask me!

I don't believe your story, and neither will the judge. Tell the truth and get help.

You could try telling the judge your story but really there's nothing much you can do about it because it is the judge's decision not yours. Good Luck

and dont think about giving a disgucting pill you found on the ground to someone else
you have no idea what it is or what it could do to them
