Well you know he doesn't love you...he may lust you but not love. He sounds like he may be a little immature so when you tell him and you must tell him that you aren't interested be nice. Tell him that you are already in a relationship and there isn't any chance that you will ever date him. If it becomes a problem after that you may want to speak with the authorities.
