What's the cause of dizzy spells?

lately I've been having dizzy spells an nausea. im not on my period and it usually happens after I've been reading or standin up for very long. I think it might be related to food since I skip breakfast and lunch, but im not hungry and when I eat I get...

sick. what might b causin this?

From everything I've read about meals, Breakfast is the most important - as far as the other things, see your Dr for a good diagnosis...I wish you the best !!

Try some oatmeal and a slice of toast? Not trying to get in your bussinss but your not Pregnant right I always got nausea and dizzy. . .

Hmmm I think it was a virus because I got real faint and dizzy and right after that I went to sleep and woke up with a cold so maybe its just a virus.

Good I'll take that as "NO". Take your vitimins and if yu feel ill try the"AIRBORNE" ti's jump boost on vitimins to help ypur immune system, it doesn't taste bad 4 oz. of H2o and yah it does work. . . . I have kids and honest is what keeps us close. Hope the same for you.
