What's happening with my crush?

When I told this guy I like him, he said that he didn't like me back. And ever since, he's been talking to me every time he goes on AIM.

But I always have a feeling he feels kinda awkward around me, so I don't understand why he's talking to me more....

And he's even telling a few people I like him. So now, I'm completely confused. I don't know whether he's bragging to them that somebody likes him, or if he still doesn't like me.

Does anybody have a feeling of what's going on?

He probably doesn't want to date you , but is ok to talk online. Have you even met him. ???Just treat him as an internet friend , don't make a big deal out of it, he's not worth it.

Its a power-trip. Knowing someon likes you is an ego-booster, regardless if you like them back. If he said he doesn't like you, but he's talking to you more; it sounds like he's just using you to massage his ego...
