I talked to my friend's ex and it turns out he was a decent guy...

ok so my friend (jill) went out with this guy (jack). so jack and jill went out and I was like fine w/e so I tolerated jack because I didnt really no him or any thing. but they broke up and I started to really hate him after that...it might have been because he broke up with her...but I don't know...so any ways I have really hated him and we never have really talked but today I saw him and we just started talking...and I was like this is weird and at the end of the talk he was like wow I htink this is the first civilized talk we have had...I don't know it was weird and now that I get to know him I relized he is actaully a pretty nice guy and I may like him...just a little...but I guess I just wanted to ask if this has happened to any one...and what do you guys htink of this?

Well, I have went from totally despising a guy to liking him if that's what you mean. lol. First impressions aren't always the best and when you take the time to talk to someone you may realize they aren't so bad after all.
