yes, there is a good chance... unless you are on some other type of birth control... such as the pill.

at around 98% effective if used right
they prevent unwanted pregnancy, stis and stds
its very likeley youll get pregnant if you dont use them
unless your on some other form of birth control, such as the pill
but without a condom (or the female one) then theres nothing that can protect you against stis and stds
