It's a good idea to use weights along with your cardio routine. You could use 8 lb weights 3 times a week. It only takes about 15 min. You don't have to bulk up just tone up your muscles. You can work your arms,back and legs. The more muscle tone you have the more calories you will burn. Muscles burn more calories than fat does. So when you are not doing anything your body is burning more calories.
if you really want to shed some pounds try walking for an hour with your dog, thats if you have one or just by yourself.dont eat bread,drink any soda, just water. diet drinks are almost the same as regular drinks, they just add more stuff into it to make it taste good.

I have been losing weight. I now weigh 188 pounds right now. I have been eating right and exercising mostly. I do watch out what I eat. I have been eating some sugar free food. But I am not a diabetic. But that is helping me anyways since I have been...
losing the weight. I do regular exercises on the floor and do dance. I do get on my treadmill which that is good. I am really keeping up with it. But is there any other exercises that I can do. Any kind of exercise will do. Is there any other ways to exercise the pounds off that I can take off anyways. I am trying to get down to 145 pounds or 140 pounds. I am wondering what is the other way to exercise. I want to exercise as much as I can. What are good better different ways to exercise the pounds that I want off.
