It's not all about "burning calories"...especially since if you are only overweight by 2 lbs...if that! You can also "restructure" your muscle mass with yoga...It stretches the muscles, even if you aren't tall, it makes you limber and "long"...it also eases the mind, and mellows how you view the world (and you don't even have to believe in it to have it work for you...REALLY). AND, it can be done on a mat in your room...

What kind of exercise could I do?
I cant run anywhere. all I have is a porch, dont have a teadmill, not going to buy one. so can you please tell me what kind of exercise I could do for one hour and can you please tell me how many calories it would burn for one hour. I weigh 112 pounds...
and I am 5 feet tall, PLEASE HELP ME!
