White bread is bread made from wheat flour from which the bran and germ have been removed.
Whole wheat bread is made from whole wheat flour, in which these parts are retained and contribute a brownish color.
White bread tends to be criticized for being too easily digested, resulting in more drastic rising and falling of blood sugar and insulin levels as opposed to the results from eating slower digesting whole grain breads.
Personally I prefer a wheat bread or Canadian Oat or Seedless Rye...
In my opinion I don't think it does. Though wheat and white have about the same amount of carbs I think wheat might have more. But it lacks calories which is what a lot of people really look at. Remember its not about if you can eat bread or not. If you want to stay healthy, focus on balancing your food. Like for example if you have bread today do not eat sweets... Its all about having a balanced diet what allows you to stay in shape

What kind of bread do you eat?
Does it matter what kind of bread you eat?? Like should you eat wheat or white? Or it really don't matter?
