What kind of age range have we got going on here?

How big of an age range do we have on this site? People look 12 and spell like they're 5. If this is the case then people are lying about they're age and giving horrible advice.

I'm 46 and a college graduate but I've always been a rotten speller. If you point out my spelling errors I'll cheerfully ignore you but if you think my advice is horrid than you are welcome to add your own advice to raise the level of discourse.

It sometimes seems the way you say it is, but there are really a lot of smart, mature people on this site with great advice to give.

I'm 14 but usually if I make spelling mistakes, it's just a typo. I can spell just fine.
