I watch Zone Reality on Sky Digital, and I always enjoyed the show "What should You Do?". It shows different situations like someone who's choking or in the middle of a robbery and then tells you what you should do in those situations. But lately it hasn't been on TV. =o(

and Big Brother, and like that.) The adults act like rotten spoiled
brats, that have been raised by cannibals.

Jaaj , john and kate plus eight is a real sweet family show on a family raising two sets of multiples . twins and septuplets . it's on " the learning channel " in canada . I know thats a us based show and very sweet .

Mostly I agree with jaaj. Most reality shows do nothing but glorify the basest of human weaknesses. They are a bunch of greedy, manipulative, back-stabbing, lying, two-timing, cheating, rotten people. And I wouldn't have a single one of them as a friend.

And I do know of Big Bro as someone from my town was on for a while. Don't ask which season, 'cause I didn't watch.

Hi! I like watching "INTERVENTION". It is about the attempts made by family and friends of an addict. Being a recovering addict myself, I can really relate to this. Been clean and sober for nearly 7 years! CONGRATS on your RECOVERY! YEAH! :-D

Also enjoy "America's Got Talent". LOVED the winner, Neal, from MISSOURI this year! Picked him as my favorite during the beginning of the Season! Was a joy to see him win!
