Labret.
I wouldnt do it though,My aunt had it.The inside ball ruined her front teeth,and she had to spend all kinds of money to get them fixed.
If you DO get it,I guess get the kina with the flat end on the inside,that way you dont screw up your teeth.

its called a labret or something like that it takes a while to heal tho I just took mine out

Its called labret piercing. Or you may want to call it a lip piercing. I used to pierce for myself. =]

its a lip piercing
its too far up to be on the chin
so its just on the lip
you can choose either a ring or a labret to have there
the jewelrey in the picture is a labret with a ball
you can also get a spike or a ball with a gem in them but they cot a bit extra
so if you want this
just ask for the middle of your lip

labret therer you go but if you have big lips it looks horrible trust me I know because I had it

yah labret. but I got one with the flat end and its tearing away my gums on one of my teeth when I talk a lot or chew so getting the flat end will also ruin them.. maybe

iu wouldnt do it, the lebret I got it with a flat ended ball earing and its tearing away my gums I can hardly eat im contemplating and taking it out and doing something new though. I recommend not getting it!
