What is this coin??

Im sorry but I cant get a picture of it..its not in good shape. on one side it shows a bald asain guy looking to the left and it has 7 asian letters on the top of his head curving. on the other side it shows 2 asian letters and the number 1 on the bottom...

and it has a criss-cross design goind around the circle.does anyone know what this coin is?
