What is the policy on made up questions?

What is funadvice's policy on people who admit to making up questions, I answered a question to which the person admitted makin up, it was one of those questions you just don't joke about, its offensive to those who actually have genuine questions

If we catch it (or somebody reports it) then we remove it, and notify the member that it was NOT ok.

Yup we delete it, just let me or thedude know about it. Possibly delete the member, depending on how offensive it was.
