1. read english newspaper daily.
2. whenever you speak something , speak in front of the mirror to improve your confidence level as well as to improve the pronunciation of some tough words.
3. take guidance of a good teacher.
4.don't loose your hope and keep practicing to succeed.
5.learn 10 new words from your dictionary daily.

For the writing and listening, you can watch more TV programmes, specially kids channels, you will know much more English which you never expected. For the communication, you have to talk more with others, such as people in church, elder center, chartity center, those ppls are nice and speak slowly and clearly.

reading can always boost your vocabulary skills.
they don't have to be boring books, whatever subject you like.
I like mystery novels, and I used to be obsessed in fourth grade.
from reading so many books, I had the skills of a 12th grader.
lol, reading can be fun and helpful.
visit your local library, and have a summarization of a book on cassette and listen to it. that helps kids and even adults who are new to the language!

Listen to the radio, watch the news, talk to people with good english who are glad to help you out.
Watching the way people say things helps, as does listening to people with good english.
As alainaabby said reading helps a lot- she stole my response. Joking

I would definitely suggest reading things such as the newspaper and magazines in english. I hear that they're written on a 5th grade reading level, so you'll be able to speak it and hold on a pretty intellectual conversation with someone.
