It depends on you. There are several options out there for use. b2evolution, Nucleus, pMachine Free, as well as WordPress just to name a few. It mostly boils down to what features, tools, and style you're looking for. Some are better than others, but it really comes back to you and your tastes.

I would agree that WordPress is the simplest to use for someone that has no background in computer languages or web programming.
