What's the best brand of eyeliner?

What is your favorite eyeliner brand?
How do you rate the different brands?

I like brands that are easy to apply and don't pull on my eyelid so much, and also something that won't irritate my eyes! Covergirl Perfect Point Plus eyeliner is what I have used for a couple of years and it works great! It is self-sharpening, glides on easily, and has a smudging tip for a different look! It is about $5, so if you want the same thing without the smudger, try Bonnebell for $2.50!

Avon is I think the best brand, its cheap but works wonders

I use dior liquid eyeliner, but it's expensive ($30)
but there are some really good eyeliners by Loreal that you can get for about 6 dollars.
