It's a difficult question since Saturn does not have a "surface" as we know it. That is, it doesn't have a sharply defined division of where the atmosphere ends and the rest of the planet begins. Rather, Saturn is mostly composed of a slushy freezing mixture of liquids and gases that gradually becomes denser as you travel through it.
