What is her problem?

This friend of mine who I've known for ... 4 years. She used to be so fun to be with but now... She kinda changed ever since we started in a new school. She used to have her own opinion.. Now its different. Like.. We were just talkin on the phone.. Then...

all of a sudden she starts singing.. So I just listen. Then I just sneeze because you know,.. You just do when you have to. Then all of a sudden shes like " god.. Dont think you're so special... I could do it too.. And she sneezes.. " I'm just like .. Okay... Then I got my straightener. And all of a sudden she wants one too and starts straightening her hair. She used to have her own style.. Now shes actually buying what I wear. She used to have luscious long hair that she said she loves and would never cut it. I got mine layered 2 years a go.. Back then she said she doesn't like layered hair because the strands get your face. ... She said her last choice ever would be layering her hair...then... I got a new haircut with more layered chunks, she said it looked sooo ugly. But then she got her own hair layered... After all that grief she gave me for layering my hair and how she hated layered air. It was like:... She says on the phone that she got a new haircut.. So I'm like "cool! Lets see!" she send me a picture. I'm like " you got your hair layered?" and shes all like.. " well.. Noo. " and she was making up all these excuses... And shes like.. I just love my new haircut... So I was like. "I thought you didnt like your hair layered..." shes like ." no.. I love layered hair." every week she would ask me what songs I like... Even if she didnt know them.. A week later... She says she loves those songs! I once said to her.. " be yourself because I love the you I met..." she was like " you're just jealous because I look so much better than you" I'm like " no... " shes like " yes.. You b!tch" then she hung up. I didnt know what to feel...
Like.. I want the stuff I like.. The style I have to be my originality. Now its like I'm just another clone of her. What can I do?

I see all the signs of jealousy, she seems very jealous of you and doesn't want to admit it & can't control it. instead of saying she likes something about you she puts you down for it and then does it herself. maybe start complimenting her more & she'll feel a little better...& show her that your life isn't so amazing as she thinks and she shouldn't always have to try to be you. I don't know if theres that much you can do in this situation but I hope I helped!
