Well, you haven't eaten in two days AND you exercise? That's the problem. You can't not eat and exercise at the same time. Trust me, I went a week without eating once and I exercised everyday, I was dizzy all the time and couldn't breath at all. Once I started eating, even if it was a little, I was sick. So, if you're going to exercise, eat. Even if it's one meal a day, eat. It's not going to kill you.

What is happening with me?
Ok well I have'nt ate nothing in 2 days and I exercis very often but this moringi felt sick I was sacky, dizzy,ect but when I went downstair's I ate an appel about 5 bit's of it and I felt like throwing up I felt really sick... I feel a lil bit better...
but still feel sick... can you tell me what happened???
