What is a good diet to go on?

I really want to lose some weight. I've tried the eat less exersise more, but somehow if failed. Any suggestions?

I'm on the special k diet
it works so far,... I lost 4 pounds in like 10 days.
I think the food is pretty good.

diets are lame its not what you eat its how you work it off. if you eat junk and excersise it wont matter. if you eat junk and sit on the computer or the couch I wouldnt sugest doin that..

diets do work. but you have to not think of it as a diet, you have to think of it as a way to better yourself for good. its a lifestyle. oatmeal is really good for breakfast because it has loads of fiber than speeds up your metabolism. drink lots and lots and lots of water!!! I drink about 3 liters a day. that might be a bit much for some people, so drink as much as you can. I've lost 22 pounds. also, work out. if you don't want to, not everyday. if you work out every other day, like walk or jog for 30 min. every other day, do some crunches (I use the ab lounge) and you're pretty much set. also, don't get discouraged if it takes a little longer than you expect, thats normal and it's the healthy way to do it. plus, that weight will be really hard to gain back which is awesome! and lastley, don't constantly focus on the fact that you're "fat" because a lot of times, stressing about it actually makes you gain weight.

I have noticed that by eating healthy, drinking a lot of water, exercising and taking Isagenix I have lost weight and inches. Its really great! Its really healthy too!
