all you have to do is change your routine up and make it a lil more intense. your muscles get used to certain workouts and after time they do them more efficiently basically they burn less energy and therefore less weight is lost. so just change up your workout weekly so your muscles dont start to plateau
up your calories for a few days, not really excessively but say you eat 1500 up that to 1800 for a few days and then dro back down again. this will speed up your metabolism again and allow you to lose weight again, and dont worry about gaining those few days, it wont happen. your body has just got used to your routine and adjusted itself to the lower calorie intake.
