What happens when you die?

I heard that when you die that your legs are taken off, is this true??

I ask the funeral director and he said "No, Your legs are not removed in the US." I got to thinking about it and all the imbalming fluid would run out. . . I think violetstar was the only other one to actually read your question. . . .

People have different beliefs, how would anybody know for sure though? Think about it...

depends, in the morgue? or as a spirit. I have died 1 time in battle. I was ressatated minutes later. the only thing I remember was watching from above as medics were hovering over my body. I had a view as if I had an ariel view like looking down from a hellicopter. I think that we have our whole body but we dont need the legs to walk I suppose we just glide. I wasnt really able to move I think, I wasnt dead long enough to experament. I suppose it wasnt my time to meet god.

I think, according to Phantasm anyways, they need not remove the legs, they just sort of...compact you... give you some hue of brown bathrobe...then send you to some hellish planet in serfdom. No they do not. My Mother in Law was buried recently and one of the grandchildren brought and afgan to wrap her in because he didn't want her to get cold. The opened the casket and wrapped her in the blanket before the loaded her in the hearst. She still had her leg. They don't put shoes on a lot of times
