What happened?
Ok so yestorday I weighed 131 (in the morring) and yestorday was when I started my hole "diet" thing.
And when I woke up this morring I weighed 125.
All I did was walk for a hour, then eat all health foods.
( I ate 6 small meals instead of 3 big...
ones.)
I dont understand what happened.
Is that possible?
