What eyeliner wont smudge?

Im tired of wiping under my eyes and fixing my eyeliner every hour at school. what brand of eyeliner will not smear and stay in tact a long time

well pretty much any liquid liner.. you should really try it out. it takes some practice to be able to apply it well but it's great.

have you tried "setting" your pencil eyeliner with powder? ue a loose, translucent powder, close your eyes, and just lightly dust the pwder over your top and bottom lids. this works for me and I usually wear black pencil liner.

make up artists use dark powdered eyeshaow I've tried it and it works great.You can even rub your eyes and it stay's intact.

Kohl is amazing! It doesn't nessacarily stay on your waterline but it like sticks to your bottom eyelashes which has the same effect of darkening your eyes and doesn't have that smudge under eye effect. Only thing is...it doesn't come off easily! lol even with special eye make-up remover.
