well more felexible and you discover muscles you didn't know you have and I think it works deep muscles.It make you feel lanky and tall. but at 6foot 5 I don't think you can get any taller!!

make your body limber and strong
yeah I knew those 2 but im wonder what part of the muscles it works on, slow or fast twitch???
Yoga synchronizes breath and body movement. It improves strength, endurance and flexibility. It helps with back pains, lowers stress, and helps with asthma.
I did it once and I just did it for relaxation - it was an awesome feeling.

When doing Yoga, does it work out your fast twitch muscles or your slow twitch muscles? or maybe abit of both? I'm abit confused on the whole situation
