It's Latin! Latin saying are often very worthy and serious. It seems to be something about crying out to obtain the justice you desire. That took a combination of my rubbish Latin plus an equally bad online translator. I hope someone with a better idea comes along soon!

It means someone can't spell in spanish every well. . . The only words I can figure out are quod loco which means Super Crazy. . . basically it's jibberish.

I dont think thats spanish...I've taken spanish and none of those words are in spanish ...it look french or a made up language

it doesnt look very spanish to me (though some words look familiar just spelt wrong), I speak it. thats some jibberish you got there
