Skipping meals isnt very healthy. For one your body will lack nurtrion is needs.. Giving you a "tired" feeling. Why deprive your body of energy that it needs?

Skipping meals also "confuses" your body. If you skip a meal, your body will be unsure when it will recieve nutrients again, and begin to store what ever it can as fat.

Slows down your metabolism, and the next meal you eat will store as fat because your body has no idea when its getting food.

So if you're trying to lose weight (not saying you are, as you actually didn't say, but the kids on here all read this and try to lose weight), you'll actually put on more fat.
