What does it takes to become a singer?

If I am only 13 years old can I become an singer,create albums and have a good producer...2)what does it takes to become a good singer?

Have a good voice, that means ask around and see whether you should work in the music industry. And you need to play some instruments, or you get people to do that for you. Then you go to some recording compay and sign contract. At least, thats what I think ;D. Though I think you're too young to sing,

you seem quit enthusiastic about it, that's cool, you'll need a great voice, charisma/stage presence, and people who play with/for you

nobody's to young to sing if it's something they wan't to do I say go for it.
