Wearing my jeans or leggings my friends say I look anerexic?

Ok well at school when I'm wearing my jeans or leggings my friends say I look anerexic or something and when im wearing my baggy cargos they dont say anything...what does anerexic mean tho? They wont tell me for some reason:[

its a eating disorder

what does that mean?
as you can see im not very smart lol
and im going to middle school
I cant even multiply 2 digit numbers:[

its where you starve yourself for a certain amount of time, in order to lose weight or feel in control.
or sometimes when you do EAT, you eat VERY VERY little.
in order to get skinny, because people with the disease constantly think theyre fat and unattractive, so they starve themselves thinking they will look better if they were just a tad bit skinnier.

It means you look too skinny.

Well are you anorexic?
Or do you friends just say this.

If your not tbh just ignore them, my friend has the same situation but its not her fault wear eye catching tops perhaps to draw the attention more above the legs?
