I got my first tattoo professionally done on my 15th birthday, and while it's uncommon for people to stick with their choice and not hate it a couple of years later, I'm perfectly happy with it still. I picked it out of the book and still love it. I'm 21 now and I'm fine with all my ink. In fact, I love tattoos in general. the "out of the book" one is a heart with devil horns and a tail on a tribal background that I put beside my right hipbone. my 2nd one I got on my 16th birthday, it's 5 Chinese characters (custom designed by yours truly) that I had translated, it proclaims my general attitude on life "Sh!t Happens" it reads down my left shoulder blade. I love that one too...
I see a lot of really STUPID tats though, which is very disappointing. And then people go and spend more money getting them removed (it's a lot more painful too)
They are so damn trashy. A lot of tatts are trashy. period. Even if the tattoo looks hellaa clean, some slut would just go and put it on a nasty place and messes it up. I'm getting my father's full name right across my back. very much like a dude but at least its appropriate for a dads name to be at.
I love tattoos
most of the shop tattoos are there for a reason though, for people who want something meaningful but have no idea what to get, so there there for ideas
but too many people just get something done without actually thinking about it first
and true, many people dont think that theyll have it on them for many years to come
or even that it affects there school and work/ job
also the 2 most regretted tattos are of peoples names other than family, and band names
because both those things usually change as you get older
Tattoos are ONLY trashy if they are on trashy people. A tattoo does not define if you are trashy or not.. The way you live defines that. People do not do it because "everyone else is doing it".. they do it because THEY WANT TO. Don't judge someone just because of something tattooed on them. Quit being ignorant!

What do you think of tattoos that have no meaning?
especially if they just go into the shop and pick one out of the book.
mostly I dont like it...might make a few exceptions here and there but mostly I fond it stupid that people seem to forget that tattoos are for life!
but anyway thats mu opinion!...
your...
opinions please? :D
