What do you think is nicer for hair?

I had pretty short hair like under my ear which is shorter at the back and longer at front and a full fringe it looked pretty cool but its grown much longer now, do you think I should cut it again? or I was thinking maybe I should grow my hair longer. I...

heard about permently waving your hair, is it good? and fairly priced?
I really want to dye my hair but my mum wont let me yet so boohoo.

I think the shorter hair with the full fringe looks nice, but it would help if I had pictures of both short and longer hair on you to help decide better.

Permanently waving it is kind of expensive, 100+ dollars at my salon, but it does work. The only issue with it is that it's really not PERMANENT as in the rest of your life, and also if you get sick of the waves you can't do much about it until it grows out.
