What do you do when your dad sexually touches you?

A couple of nights ago when my dad was really REALLY drunk, he started touching me when I was sleeping. I tried to act like I was sleeping but he started to go into my pants and underware. He then relised I was on my period but I was using a tampon. He...

then started to rub me down there. I started shaking because I couldent believe what was happening. ( FYI. A few hours before my dad had punched me in my arm twice. There is a bruse now)
well after my dad was done I got up and went to my room because I was in the livingroom. I tried to sleep, it was really hard but I did.
I didnt get up till 2 in the afternoon because I knew I had to face him. I told him my arm hurt (because of him punching me) and he asked why I told him and he didnt even remeber he did that.
My mom and Dad are fighting for custody rights and I want to live with my mom really bad.
What should I do? Please help me! =/

I agree with mysticunicrn... this is really serious if you leave it next time it could go furthur then just touching... tell your mom ASAP before you end up raped

Tell your mom... that's horrible.a dad should never touch his offspring sexually. Now.. since he was drunk.. that shows how much self control he has and how he really feels. Being drunk makes you have poor judgment... I'm so sorry this happened to you. Also if you can't tell your mom.. why not tell the custidy people or another trusted adult?

you need to tell somebody soon cause you never know how far hes going to go next time hes drunk he might rape you!!! tell your mom im sure she will understand and she will get you away from him...

Tell someone, but don't do it when you are fighting with anyone. If you want to tell your mom let her know that you want to talk to her privately and tell her exactly how it happened. You dad being drunk is no excuse for what he did. Good luck to you and I hope everything works out.

well if you want to live with your mom 4 sure you can tell your mom and she can do something abotu it or try CPS ..they will could help as well...

make sure you arent lying because you want to live with your dad. (I mean REALLY make sure), then tell your mom.

Tell a counselor at school about the bruise, when she reports it tell everything.

Darling, you need to tell your mother what happen, please please please, tell her, don't let him get away with it, he is just acting like he dont know what he done because he was drunk, he knows, the next time maybe he will not just touch you, he may just rape you, then what? what if a child comes from the rape, the best thing is to tell your mother, and then to tell your father, you love him as a father, but you no longer trust him, and wish not to be alone with him.

please tell your mom she wont get mad at you, you will be able to live with her for sure then, and then you get to be away from him, and he wont do it again.

How old are you? It is never right for a adult to touch a child, never, never right. If you go to DCS they will investigate, if you go to the police, they will arrest him. I work with children everyday who are abused and it is never their fault, (like the molestor) will make them feel. Have you talked to your mom or grandparents,or a trusted relative. Sometimes it helps to talk it out, that way you don't feel lime its your fault, it gives you the release you need to vent. I will pray that your dad will get out of your life or you get a way to get out of the situation. I am so sorry for this, you should not have to live like this.
