Halloween, when is it?

Does anyone know when halloween is is it the 30th or 31st im confused, one of my friends birthdays are on the 30th but I think its the 31st?

yeah its the 31st just because your friends b day is on the 30th dosent mean the whold world stops nad it moves up one day...lol

It's the 31st because it means 'All Hallow's Eve' (or evening). It's the night before Nov 1st which is All Souls Day for Catholics or (originally) Samhain for pagans.
