Drink Gingerale,but make sure you stir out all the bubbles.This'll calm your stomach
Also Peppermints Help calm your stomach,My favorite is peppermint tea.Theyll make you feel less sick.
Orange juice will speed up your immune system and help you to get better faster :]
Also,try the B.R.A.T Diet;;
It stands for Bananas,Rice[[I believe]],Apples,and Toast.
This is a diet my brother had o be on when he was sick.
All these foods will be easy to keep down,just make sure you don't pile your toast with peanut butter or anything like that.
Saltine Crackers also are good to eat when your sick,especially with soup.
if your eating soup while you sick,make sure it a clear-broth one,like Chicken Noodle or somehting similar.
Not Clam Chowder or Beef stew,those are too heavy.
