hey man the best way to burn fat is to run, I hate running but I`ve lost over 30 lbs in the past two years from running and keeping to a 2000 calorie per day diet, it`ll take a while but running will burn fat faster than anything (except surgery) on this planet and for the muscle building part all you can do is eat a lot of protein and lift a lot of weights. no matter what you do you probably won`t reach your goals in two months but these are the best ways I know, GOOD LUCK
