If something really really really bad happend to you, I don't know if you know what I am talking about. How do I tell someone? I just cant bring myself to. Any advice?

don't tell them face to face, text them, and there's always your mom

I don't know how much advice is possible without knowing some details... Is there anything more you can tell us? If someone committed a crime against you, you should report it to an adult that you trust, or to the police. At the very least, you'd want to stop that person from continuing.

What's the reason you can't tell somene else? Shame? Guilt? Fear? Try to tell more if you can, and don't forget you can also privately funmail me or any other advisor, in complete confidence.

you need to realise that this isnt your fault, you shouldnt feel guilty, they should
and you need to know that you cant just get over this without getting a bit of help first
its not something you can bury and leave it there
if you know the person who raped you, you need to report them to the police
to try and get justice for you, and stop them doing it again to someone else
if you dont know them, tell the police anyway, and describe exactly what he looked like
also, it would be good to tell your mum
shes loves you and cares about you, and although shell be horrified that it happened to you, shell do all she can to help you through this
if you cant go to your mum though, go to a close friend, counsellor, school teacher even, and tell them what happened and how you feel, theyll be able to help you as well
theres alos quite a lot of numbers you can call to talk about it
