Should I do cheerleading or drill team?

I'm a freshman in high school. And the year's going to be over soon. We are starting cheer and drill team try-outs real soon. I cant do both they won't let us. I want so desperately to be popular (cheer) but I love to dance (drill team) What do I choose?

Thinking of the future are you doing this for fun or perhaps as a beginning to a career in dance perhaps? Decide how both could benefit you. If both are just for fun then think about try outs, maybe you won't make the cut?

I definitly think you should dance because it's your love, being popular isn't the only thing about high school. you never know, you might end up being popular in the drill team.

Follow your heart and do what you love, popularity will definately follow.

drill team. I wanted to do it, but it interfered with my cross country, which is my passion. but if dancing is your passion, you should definitley follow that notion. and most of the time, popularity really isn't the glamorous life. don't fall for it. dance your fricken heart out!

I vote for drill team since you love to dance. I know a lot of girls on the drill team that are very popular.

Drill Team is the most rewarding everlasting sport that you will cary out through the rest of you life! Follow your dreams! Follow your passions! It will all work out in the end. p.s guys totally dig dancers! Theirs no denile dancers are sexy hott! Cheer, well...bless their poor little hearts.
