What can I use to make coon strips faster

I am a pro when I comes to coon strips.. I've put them in many people hair including Kiki Kannibal.. but today I was doing a regulers hair and she decided to do coon strips.. usually I put tape in the hair to make sections so I can put the strips in but...

she started complaining saying I would never get the tape out of her hair without ripping it all out and even though I've probally done the techneqe a thousand times there was no chance of winning so instead I put block clips in her hair but it took forever to get them straight and to get them not to slip..
so...
does anyone know what I can use besides tape and box clips so I can get perfect coon strips..?

I think you should stick with tape - it seems to work perfect for you and I really cant see it doing any serious damage.
