What can I do to keep motivated?

Well... what I noticed is that when I start to work out again, I will work out for about 2 weeks straight and be fine, but after that if one day is off from my routine my world falls apart! (When I work out, my whole life is in check, my house is clean,...

I cook meals every night, etc…) I am not sure if this happened to others, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a way I could keep on track when it comes to working out, cleaning the house, cooking, etc… It’s hard to stay motivated when my routine is just a slight bit off.. what can I do???

put in a pound for everythingu do and at the end of the week treat your self the more thts in there the more you spend

I hang keep a picture of the woman I want to look like (she's a VS model). I know thats dumb, but everytime I see her picture I remember I need to eat healthy and work out.

I have the exact same problem. I will be doing good and stay consistent, and then just one off day will flush it down the toilet.

I kind of get down and depressed start thinking about my life and what I really want out of it. I think of all the people I want to impress or to intimidate. (I'm trying to get bigger) and that keeps me going. I want to feel comfortable in the body I'm in and not worry so much.

Just try to remember how it feels when your doing good. Even if you miss a day...just think of it as a little break and jump right back on it the next day, also don't procrastinate...its a killer.
