Speak to a teacher bout it. They can get you help...speak to your parents if you can.

Read up about it on the internet they can give you advice.

Go to the doctors.

I'm 54 and have struggled with depression all my life. I know what it's like.

Do you live alone? Is there anyone close that you can talk to? My son, who is 38, helps me by talking to me. My depression usually passes after just a short time. You don't always have to have a reason to be depressed and that kinda makes it worse.

I think that, if we have a reason for being depressed, it's easier to deal with, but if there is no reason, we start to go into a panic mode.

Just remember that it will pass and that everything is going to be ok even though it doesn't seem like it at the time.

Also, do pursed breathing. You can go on google and get on a site that will show you how to do it. It gets Oxygen back into your system and it really does help.

Is getting therapy an option?

Try this website, you can email them for help... http://www.befriende...

Like Katwoman said, remember that everything will eventually be ok. This is one of the worst aspects of depression, you dont think it will end... and that makes everything 100 times worse... BUT you need to remember, nothing lasts forever, including how you're feeling...
