What about the proof of god?

guru4GOD Asked by guru4god about 1 month ago, 12 answers.

What about the proof of god?
First, we need to agree on the meaning of the word god, and then my meaning. Most people have an idea of what a god is and I would like to start there and then include the largest of the general understanding. 1) living, real, present. 2) all powerful, and I do mean “all” 3) creator of everything. Now try to put yourself in that position. With that in mind I ask this q this way. If you are this god then what are the requirements placed on you, and who put them into place? To whom do you give accounting to? How many? How long? What if I (not being a god) do not agree with you?

Please no profan*ty.

Why would we need to agree on the meaning of the word god? Everyone has a different view. It doesn't matter what one person thinks a god is vs. what another person thinks a god is. There are so many different religions, almost all of which have different beliefs on what a god actually is. Please, let everyone have different beliefs on what a god is...

um, I think that is what I said, kind of. I did not say anyone was wrong for their view point.

'Now try to put yourself in that position.'

Would you define God as all good, all evil, or both good and evil? That would determine a lot about the 'requirements' of God.

Sorry, but that position has been closed. It was determined to be unnecessary and was outsourced to science.
