If I eat 2 slices bread every 2 hours, will that help me gain weight? And for how long should I be doing that to gain weight? Cause I really need to...?

Dear, Heart55,

I'm not really sure. But if you want to try to gain weight you should try eating more. Like at snack times, get some healthy snacks and eat a lot of it. Like for example, those fruit bars. When I say eat more, I don't mean like, eat junk food. Try telling your mom or dad to make you some healthy snacks, or you can go to your doctor and see what he recommends you to do. Also, I had a friend once, and she was exactally like you, and she just ate more and know shes a better size.

I tired my best,

milkshakes, if you like milkshakes I mean, bread is nice, but if its white bread, you dont really get a lot of nutrients, but if you add a milkshake in there, then you get calcium from the milk.
