try the hollywood juice diet. I thnk its like you drink this juice 4 two days straight. try it on a day when your not vary hungry. my mom lost weight with it. or try counting calories. you wont starve urself out with this; ull just be more aware of the things you eat. and b 4 eat something ask urself if you REALLY need and want it. just picture urself and the carribean on the beach and your hot bikini and a six pac. that shud b a definate motivation. lol

ok, not freaken diests. out with the junk food, especially NO ICECREAM!!! grab carrots or apples instead of a chocolate chip [nightmare] cookie that youll gain 20 lbs alone by eating. =]. run in place in ure room for 2 hrs a day. it worked for me, I lost 7 lbs in a week. do the math, ull lose 21 lbs if you keep it up...and remember...NO JUNK FOOD!

no candy
no poptarts
no sugary cereals
no cake
no ICECREAM
nothing over 250 calories (maybe 200)
you dont HAVE to, you WANT to just to clear that up, and anyway of losing that much weight in that time span will be unhealthy
