Weight is about as heritable (genetically) as height, so it's completely dependent on your parents and your body type. Calculators like BMI or height-weight charts are outdated and should be abolished..

Instead of thinking about what weight you should be (scales only recently started being used to measure self-worth), try to focus on being healthy: eating a balanced diet, getting some physical activity in, drinking enough water, and getting enough sleep. Your body is one smart cookie. It will naturally find a good equilibrium, if you're treating it well.
